CNC (Computer Numeric Controlled) Plasma and Oxy-fuel cutting machines combined with CNC punching and drilling machines offer the same capability on plates, which when combined with beams and other long products, offer an unprecedented quality of fabricated components, which can be produced very quickly and perfectly accurately
It’s the marriage of advanced CNC robotics to high-definition plasma cutting, equipped with software so sophisticated, it fully processes a beam (coping, bevelling, cutting out, marking, scribing, making bolt holes and cutting to length) by a single machine, thereby increasing speed, productivity and output, while at the same time providing you with the best quality, and fully accurate product at a very competitive price.
All primary steel components like beams and columns that pass through the robot plasma machines is generally blasted as standard to provide you with a much better quality product. Shot blasting is a technological process of cleaning or stripping a metal surface by directing a high-speed stream of abrasive steel particles at it, to remove various impurities like rust, corrosive materials, mill scale and heat treatment scale etc from the surface. It is used for surface protection and also as priorpreparation of surfaces prior to further processing, such as welding & painting etc.
