Requirements

  • Conducting mechanical repairs.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical failures.
  • Routine servicing of vehicles.
  • At least 3 years practical experience.
  • Have a valid driving license.
  • Knowledge in Kaizen and ISO will be an added advantage.
  • Age: 25 – 30 years old.

Required:

  1. Ensure all the items produced are of the right quality as per the working instructions provided.
  2. Ensure maximum material usage/utilization.
  3. Assisting in resolving customer complains.
  4. Ensure all tools/machinery as allocated are maintained and used appropriately.
  5. Identifying, reporting and resolving workstation problems as well as streamlining the process.
  6. Maintain material receipt and usage records.
  7. Assessing staff performance and providing coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  8. Ensure that all the items are produced on-time per the work order provided.
  9. Ensure the working instructions given and all operations involved are executed safely.
  10. Ensure all the PPE provided are used correctly
  11. Practical experience in paint and painting procedure
  12. At least 4 years working experience in a similar position
  13. Age 30 – 40 years.

Education

Trade Test / Certificate in Chemical / Industrial Engineering.
